“I am the last person you’d ever think would go to a trainer. I am not naturally athletic and I don’t particularly enjoy physical exercise of any sort. I don’t even like riding a bicycle. But several years ago I needed some sort of challenge.
It wasn’t easy in the beginning. I was drenched in sweat and convinced if I did another squat, my legs were going to give out. But the sore muscles the following day(s) felt like well earned medals. Gina pushes you to do more than you *think* you can do. Because chances are you can do it. She varies the workouts from week to week so you (and your body) don’t know what to expect, and she tailors the sessions to meet your needs and problem areas. She always has words of encouragement and praise, even if your form is not great telling you you’ll get there eventually, and you do.

“Take Gina’s online classes! She is the BEST fitness instructor I’ve EVER had in my 17- year love/hate, roller-coaster ride of fitness. I’ve been to countless heart-pounding, pulse-racing, feel-the-burn bootcamp, cardio, yoga classes (the shiny trademarked ones as well as others). Granted although the instructors may be good, after a while the classes blend into one blurry repetitive, uninspiring and unimaginative chore. Gina. Is. Different. Every class is a surprise! Always changing to keep your mind and body engaged and guessing. Naturally she incorporates the classics (deadlifts, lunges, squats, rows…) but she does it in the most innovative ways. Her compound moves and combinations are put together like no other, nothing I would ever think of on my own. She will add a move here, an interesting angle there, just a small tweak to integrate muscles you never knew you had. A change of tempo... oh wait... add some stability to that move - hello inner thigh! She incorporates EVERY muscle in each and every class, stresses FORM! never ignores flexibility, and occasionally even includes combos to incorporate your brain- to keep you sharp as well as strong. AND...of course...there is cardio. But don’t panic, if it becomes a bit more than you can handle that day she ALWAYS offers modifications. Heck - you can even drop the weight if you want to and pick it up later. You can get an amazing workout regardless with weight or with your own body weight. The important part is Gina will keep you moving! Gina is inspiring. She is creative. She has years of experience and training and expertise. She will be your advocate. "Gina’s fitness class is awesome. She mixes up the routines so its never boring and she helped me modify exercises so I could recover from a knee injury. She’s a great instructor! Gina’s class is the best! If I don’t start my day with her class I don’t feel right. I sit at a desk all day and I need postural exercises as well as strength so her class is perfect. She always switches up the mix so many times. Its high intensity as well as controlled strengthening. If you think this class is easy, you are not doing it right or should add weight. “All my friends know I'm a gym rat with multiple memberships so I can take ALL the classes. Having been an instructor, I'm picky about how I spend my time and have been known to discretely disappear if a class isn't VERY worth it. I found Gina's classes because the time was right but I stayed because she is a REALLY good instructor. She plans great workouts with fantastic transitions. Her form and form reminders are impeccable. She switches the workouts up ALL the time and on top of it, she pull out moves that only very seasoned personal trainers like her, would know.
